The Wall

Not Floyd’s. Not Trump’s. Mine. 

I seem to be going backward. There’s enough pain that I can’t push much harder and still finish the distance. Three more training runs, then the race. I might try something different after that.

    As long as you are running you aren’t going backward.
    Don’t be discouraged. Make adjustments. Modify. It’s a process.

      Thanks! I’m more annoyed than discouraged. I’m afraid to change much between now and the race for fear that I might aggravate my already protesting muscles and possibly not be able to finish the race. I have a plan starting the following week. Any update on your end?
